Dark Messiah of Might and Magic - Chapter 2 - The Gleam of a Cold Knife

Dark Messiah of Might & Magic concludes the epic story laid out in Heroes of Might and Magic V, but as a 3D first-person role-playing game instead of a turn-based strategy game.


Chapter 2 does not have any particularly interesting or long cutscenes.

If you also have Heroes of Might and Magic V: Tribes of the East installed, you can play a special Heroes V map that walks through the story in Dark Messiah. Here are two of the early cutscenes, corresponding to Chapters 1 and 2 of Dark Messiah of Might and Magic.

The Bard's Tale - Dun Ailinne Treasure Map

Fantasy art from The Bard's Tale fantasy role playing game. This cutscene features dialogue from the Houton blacksmith concerning his treasure map. Although the Bard being scammed is entirely in keeping with the overall tone of the game world, the treasure map was in fact a good one, as Dun Ailinne hides, among other things, the Golden Spyglass, which increases all future treasure finds by 10%.
