The original Dungeons & Dragons Planescape setting featured the fantasy art of Brian DiTerlizzi and these were part of the concept art used for the computer role-playing game version. Here we show some of the artwork for Planescape faction representatives.

Fantasy game art from Planescape: Torment . The protagonist, "The Nameless One" (because he has forgotten his name and no one seems to know it), has lived many lives and forgotten all of them. The game focuses on The Nameless One's journey throughout the city of Sigil and other planes to reclaim his memories of these previous lives. Several characters in the game may join The Nameless One on his journey, most of whom have encountered him in the past. The constant presentation of elusive mysteries, new revelations, and the sense of always having new and fantastical things to see, made this game a very powerful role-playing experience.
