Planescape: Torment - Concept Art

Fantasy game art from Planescape: Torment.

The original Dungeons & Dragons Planescape setting featured the fantasy art of Brian DiTerlizzi and these were part of the concept art used for the computer role-playing game version. Here we show some of the artwork for Planescape faction representatives.

Planescape: Torment

Fantasy game art from Planescape: Torment.

The protagonist, "The Nameless One" (because he has forgotten his name and no one seems to know it), has lived many lives and forgotten all of them. The game focuses on The Nameless One's journey throughout the city of Sigil and other planes to reclaim his memories of these previous lives. Several characters in the game may join The Nameless One on his journey, most of whom have encountered him in the past.
The constant presentation of elusive mysteries, new revelations, and the sense of always having new and fantastical things to see, made this game a very powerful role-playing experience.

Pirate Island

Navigate buccaneer-infested waters in Pirate Island, a thrilling Match 3 high seas adventure from Sandlot Games!
The Dread Captain Weevil, Scourge of the Seven Seas, has vowed revenge on the Twelve Islands if his golden peg-leg is not returned and it's up to you to collect enough gold to satisfy his demands before he unleashes his, and his skeleton army's, wrath.
  • 12 exciting chapters of high-seas adventure
  • More than 100 levels of increasingly challenging game play
  • 15 Minigames
  • 11 unique trophies awarded for in-game combinations
  • 6 level-altering power-ups
Pirate Island is a match-3 game in a Pirates of the Caribbean style setting, with stereotyped pirates, ships, and ports, and an element of magic. The fantasy artwork is mostly in the background and characters, which we present here uncluttered by the game interface.

Pirate Island was given away FREE by SandLot Games in the week of December 7th, 2009. SandlotGames was subsequently acquired by Digital Chocolate, and the game is not available from Digital Chocolate.
