Dragonlings are wingless hatchling dragons. They often hunt in small packs. Even at this young age they are capable of breathing fire.

From Codex entry: Dragon:
Newly-hatched dragons are roughly the size of a deer and voraciously hungry. They live for a short time in their mother's lair before venturing out on their own. The slender, wingless creatures are born in vast numbers, as only a few ever make it to adulthood.

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Miscellaneous Scenes

Fantasy game art from The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.

Charus Valga, Count of Chorrol: During the quest "Canvas the Castle", the player/protagonist is tasked to discover who stole this painting. However, an oversight in coding means that the painting does not reappear in the Countess's chambers. This bug is fixed by the Unofficial Oblivion Patch. K'sharra Prophecy: According to Ri'Bassa, village shaman of Borderwatch, they are doomed to a prophecy involving three signs. The daedric prince Sheogorath tasks the player/protagonist to make the first two signs appear, after which he takes care of the third, which up to this point is kept a mystery to the player.

As part of the main quest to save all of Tamriel from the demonic invasion of Mehrunes Dagon, the protagonist / player travels to "Paradise", a miniature world created by the villanous mastermind Mankar Camoran. The following slides and short video clip show the process of opening the one-way portal. Paradise itself is a sylvan forest on a large island, and not particularly special. The Universitas Arcanarum mod adapts this worldspace for its use, and though on a smaller scale, the look and feel are very similar.

Dragon Age Origins - Demon - Wild Sylvan (and Charred Sylvan)

Fantasy game art from Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate Edition (Dragon Age: Origins, the Awakening expansion, and all official Downloadable Content).

A Wild Sylvan is a tree possessed by Rage Demons or, sometimes, a less hostile spirit (resulting in a less hostile Sylvan, such as The Grand Oak).

The Awakening expansion adds Charred Sylvans, which are Sylvans that have been burnt by a forest fire.

From Codex entry: Wild Sylvan:
... Slow but immensely powerful, wild sylvans prefer to lay in ambush, waiting for a victim to become lost, tired, or trapped before closing in for the kill. They hide among regular trees, nearly undetectable until they begin to move and to reach. When they do "come to life" as some travelers say, they stand tall, roots forming into legs and feet and branches stretching out into lashing arms.
When not presented with a living target, however, it has been noted that sylvans often fall into a form of dormancy, perhaps brought on by the nature of their tree host. While mobile, they normally return to wherever they were rooted once their prey has been killed. For both these reasons, a forest that has sylvans within can become incredibly dangerous to pass through for very long periods of time.
... On rare occasions, demons possess trees almost completely destroyed by fire but that still retain a spark of life. This union often rekindles the fire that first damaged the tree, resulting in a sylvan that burns continuously without being destroyed.

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Horse Armour

Fantasy game art from The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.

This Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion fantasy game art page has pictures of armored horses. Realistic-looking horses were always a part of Oblivion, but it was not until the downloadable add-on "Horse Armor" that horses received armour and improved survivability. The game engine does not permit fighting on horseback, so a character typically had to either flee combat or dismount to fight. While dismounting, the horse was frequently attacked, and in the mid- to late game-, when enemies are strong, a horse could be killed quickly.

There are only two styles of armour -- Steel and Elven. If you take a look at how they are implemented in the game, they are not actually worn by the horse. Instead, the game replaces a horse with another horse modelled wearing armor.

Dragon Age Origins - Demon - Werewolf (and Blighted Werewolf)

Get Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition DRM-free and with no-risk Money Back Guarantee from Good Old Games.

Fantasy game art from Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate Edition (Dragon Age: Origins, the Awakening expansion, and all official Downloadable Content).

Werewolves are wolves possessed and transformed by Rage Demons. Most of the werewolves encounter in Dragon Age: Origins, however, are a special breed that are the result of a curse revealed in the quest Nature of the Beast.

The Awakening expansion adds Blighted Werewolves: Werewolves that have been tainted by the Darkspawn Blight. They are therefore both Blight-Corrupted creatures as well as Demon-possessed.

From Codex entry: Werewolf:
Fereldan lore is full of instances where these creatures have plagued the countryside: Wolves possessed by rage demons and transformed into humanoid monsters with incredible speed and strength, able to spread a curse to those they bit that would drive them mad with unthinking fury. When in this enraged state, a human host can likewise become possessed and be transformed into a feral, wolf-like beast. Tales differ on these werewolves of human origin, some claiming that their transformation into a bestial form happens uncontrollably. Some claim the transformation is irreversible. As is often the case with demonic tales, both versions were most likely true at some point.
The ability of normal dogs to detect a werewolf even when it is in a human guise is what first led Fereldans to adopt dogs as indispensable companions in every farmhold.

Dragon Age Origins - Demon - Shade

Fantasy game art from Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate Edition (Dragon Age: Origins, the Awakening expansion, and all official Downloadable Content).

A Shade is a demon that has somehow manifested (possibly summoned directly from the Fade) without possessing anyone or anything. The Warden's Keep DLC has an instance of a mage (Avernus) summoning demons that appear immediately as Shades.

From Codex entry: Shade:
" ...We already know that many demons become confused when they pass through the Veil into our world. They are unable to tell the living from the dead, the very static nature of our universe being confusing to a creature that is accustomed to a physicality defined entirely by emotion and memory. Most demons seek to immediately seize upon anything they perceive as life, jealously attempting to possess it -- but what of those that do not? What of those that encounter no life, or fail to possess a body? What of those that are more cautious by their nature?...
... In time, such a demon will learn to drain energy from the psyche of those it encounters, just as it did in the Fade. Once it has drained enough, it has the power to manifest and will forever after be known as a shade. Such a creature spurns possession. It instead floats as a shadow across its piece of land, preying upon the psyche of any who cross its path. Perhaps it believes itself still in the Fade? There is evidence to believe that is so. ..."

Dragon Age Origins - Demon - Rage Demon

Get Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition DRM-free and with no-risk Money Back Guarantee from Good Old Games.

Fantasy game art from Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate Edition (Dragon Age: Origins, the Awakening expansion, and all official Downloadable Content).

Rage Demons are one of the weaker dark-emotion spirits of the dream world (the Fade). They have no subtlety and rarely bargain, preferring to forcibly possess a host (possibly resulting in a corrupted host body -- an Abomination). The demonic form is a salamander-like creature of lava.

From Codex entry: Rage Demon:
Encountered in the Fade, the true form of a rage demon is a frightening sight: a thing of pure fire, its body seemingly made of amorphous lava and its eyes two pinpricks of baleful light radiating from its core. The abilities of such a demon center on the fire it generates. It burns those who come near, and the most powerful of its kind are able to lash out with bolts of fire and even firestorms that can affect entire areas.
Fortunately, even powerful rage demons are less intelligent then most other varieties. Their tactics are simple: Attack an enemy on sight with as much force as possible until it perishes. Some rage demons carry over their heat-based abilities into possessed hosts, but otherwise the true form is mostly seen outside of the Fade when its specifically summoned by a mage to do his bidding.
