The Immortal Throne expansion introduced an "Advanced Effects" video setting which for the most part you will want to have because it enhances the already beautiful fantasy game art, and adds additional special effects to some items. Titan Quest - Alternate Hero Skins (AllSkins Mod)

Normally, Titan Quest has only two hero models with no variation: Male and Female caucasian. The AllSkins mod is a free third-party mod that lets players choose from hundreds of fantasy "skins" for their character. Here are two basic Titan Quest models in their "underwear" (when a character is wearing no armour). Incidentally, it took two years before someone managed a game modification to remove the skirt .
