There are five in-game movies / cutscenes that either give background information or advance the story to the next area. The final movie appears after the credits, and has an unexplained far-future sci-fi post-apocalyptic look to it.

Normally, Titan Quest has only two hero models with no variation: Male and Female caucasian. The AllSkins mod is a free third-party mod that lets players choose from hundreds of fantasy "skins" for their character. Here are two basic Titan Quest models in their "underwear" (when a character is wearing no armour). Incidentally, it took two years before someone managed a game modification to remove the skirt .
