The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - The Shivering Isles - Blackroot Lair

Blackroot Lair is one of the many subterranean lairs dug out between the massive roots of the fungi that grow almost everywhere on the Shivering Isles. All of the caves in the Shivering Isles generally use the same tileset / fantasy art and are typically accessed from above ground from a doorway nestled in between the roots of a massive stump. Blackroot Lair is further distinguished from the others by the strong presence of Grummites and their encampments.
