Ebony armor is classed as Heavy Armor in Oblivion. There is however a unique Light Armor set of armor that uses the Ebony armor models, but re-textured/recoloured a greenish-grey: Brusef Amelion's Ceremonial Armor. We have a separate slideshow at the bottom of this page showing this armour.

The Escutcheon of Chorrol is a shield that shares the Ebony Shield model, but has a tree motif that is the Chorrol emblem. It is available only through the three-part quest related to the Jemane brothers: Separated at Birth, Legacy Lost, and subsequent Sins of the Father.
