Fantasy game art from Hentai Mania Episode 2, a mod by Hentai for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.


Her sword "Asura Blade" with its glaring eye-like decoration, combined with the unicorn horn on all Athena the Dark Fallen, make her design very much influenced by Azure Knight Nightmare in Soul Caliber III. You may see a glimpse of him in the video embedded below at around 1 minute 5 seconds into the trailer.
