Anvil is a spacious port town with a castle slightly off the mainland on an islet. Detailed information on Anvil can be found at the Unofficial Elder Scrolls Pages.

Anvil's Chapel of Dibella is pretty typical of other Chapels in other cities, unless the Knights of the Nine expansion is installed. When that questline begins, the Chapel is descecrated, the priests murdered, and a crazed prophet initiates the Knights of the Nine questline.
